a. Booking Confirmation

  • A booking is only confirmed after receipt of the required deposit or full payment as specified at the time of booking.

b. Payment Terms

  • Payments can be made through online bank transfers, credit/debit cards, or other approved methods.
  • All payments must be completed before the specified deadline.

c. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be requested in writing (email or through the contact form).
  • Refund policies vary depending on the tour package and timing of the cancellation:
    • 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus processing fees.
    • 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund.
    • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.

3. Services Offered

a. Tour Packages

An Altitude provides detailed itineraries for trekking tours, sightseeing trips, and adventure activities. Changes to the itinerary may occur due to weather, safety concerns, or other factors.

b. Vehicle Rentals

  • Vehicle rentals (e.g., Toyota Grand Cabin) are offered on a per-day basis within Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
  • Rental agreements are governed by separate terms provided during booking.

c. Special Requirements

Clients with specific dietary, medical, or accessibility needs must inform us at the time of booking.


4. Client Responsibilities

a. Travel Documents

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring valid travel documents (e.g., CNIC, passport, visas) are available for the journey.

b. Health and Fitness

  • Clients must ensure they are medically fit for tours, particularly for high-altitude treks.
  • Medical issues must be disclosed in advance.

c. Conduct

  • Respectful behavior towards staff, fellow travelers, and local communities is mandatory.
  • An Altitude reserves the right to remove disruptive clients without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • An Altitude is not liable for:
    • Delays, cancellations, or changes due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, natural disasters, political unrest).
    • Loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the tour.
    • Injuries, illnesses, or accidents during travel unless caused by our gross negligence.
  • Clients agree to participate in activities at their own risk.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on www.analtitude.com, including text, images, logos, and videos, is the property of An Altitude.
  • Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of our content is strictly prohibited.

7. Third-Party Services
